The UK officially left the EU and ended its transition period on Dec. 31, 2020 and their regulatory landscape is changing. One new regulatory requirement is the UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA) mark. Join the Commercial Service and speakers from the BSI Group and the British Consulate General in New York for a discussion of the new certification requirement, when and how to use the UKCA mark, rules for usage, technical documentation and record keeping, alternative options, and compliance mechanisms.
