Led by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC). The DOC will lead the Framework's pillars on supply chain resilience;  infrastructure; clean energy; decarbonization; and tax and anti-corruption. The Department of Commerce is seeking comments from the public on these topics. Please use the Federal Register Notice for comments.  Deadline to Comment is April 11, 2022.

United Kingdom: UKCA is a new marking that applies to a range of products that often required the use of the CE Mark. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) new Made in USA Rule here crack down on marketers making unqualified Made in USA claims on labels should be able to prove that their products are “all or virtually all” made in the United States.
