The UK officially left the EU and ended its transition period on Dec. 31, 2020 and their regulatory landscape is changing.  One new regulatory requirement is the UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA) mark.  Join the Commercial Service and speakers from the BSI Group and the British Consulate General in New York for a discussion of the new certification requirement, when and how to use the UKCA mark, rules for usage, technical documentation and record keeping, alternative options, and compliance mechanisms.

Led by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC). The DOC will lead the Framework's pillars on supply chain resilience;  infrastructure; clean energy; decarbonization; and tax and anti-corruption. United Kingdom: UKCA is a new marking that applies to a range of products that often required the use of the CE Mark. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) new Made in USA Rule here crack down on marketers making unqualified Made in USA claims on labels should be able to prove that their products are “all or virtually all” made in the United States.
