United Kingdom: UKCA is a new marking that applies to a range of products that often required the use of the CE Mark. If you’re selling goods in Great Britain that are subject to the CE marking, you will need to apply the UKCA marking beginning on 1 January 2023.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) finalized a new rule that will crack down on marketers who make false claims that their products are Made in the USA. Under the rule, marketers making unqualified Made in USA claims on labels should be able to prove that their products are “all or virtually all” made in the United States.
