November Updates for U.S. Exporters

As 2020 wraps up, the Environmental Technologies Team remains busy supporting our U.S. exporting clients.  It was wonderful to see many of our clients participate in WEFTEC Connect in October, where our colleagues from key markets around the world counseled U.S. companies, and led delegations of buyers to participate in the show's online networking platform. We have several other exciting new programs coming up, including TMA BlueTech's BlueTech Week November 16-20, a program to connect U.S. water solutions providers in the Agribusiness sector to opportunities in Eurasia, and online networking opportunities in Peru and Singapore. Please also check out some trade leads and advanced market intelligence about opportunities in India, Brazil, Kyrgyzstan, NigeriaChina, Morocco, and Tunisia.  We continue to provide the latest information on our Industry Webpage, and we encourage you to reach out to a trade specialist at your local U.S. Export Assistance Center to discuss a possible virtual service Trade.gov/virtual-services.  If you have any questions about any of these opportunities, please contact the Team Member listed for each project or you can contact Ryan.Russell@trade.gov to connect you with the right point of contact.

BTW2020

BlueTech Week 2020 - November 16-20

BlueTech Week is the annual event that brings together academia, government, and industry to promote sustainable ocean and water industries.  The UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was adopted in 2015 with 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  It is a plan of action for people, planet, and prosperity.  TMA BlueTech also embraces the idea of Aqua Optimism - to look at the future of our water systems with hope and provide forward thinking solutions to the current problems.  There is hope in that the companies using technology and innovation to identify the issues with fresh and saltwater are also providing solutions to these very problems.  U.S. Commercial Service Specialists from around the globe will be participating and available for networking meetings.
