Nigeria has one of the fastest growing populations; it is estimated to reach 440 million people by 2050. The growing burden of communicable and non-communicable diseases, and a grossly-lacking healthcare infrastructure, notwithstanding Nigeria’s huge oil revenues, indicate the dire need for healthcare solutions. The government has articulated a National Health Policy which seeks to achieve universal coverage for all Nigerians, and aims to strengthen the country’s healthcare system, especially the primary healthcare sub-sectors. The U.S. has the best prospects in hi-tech diagnostic imaging devices such as Ultrasounds, CT Scanners, X-ray, and therapeutic respiratory apparatus. 

Demand for healthcare services is expected to increase over the next five years with a value of over $18 billion in 2023. The Africa Export Import Bank (AFREXIM) has declared its plans to build a "center of excellence" hospital in the capital city of Nigeria, with state-of-the art technology that will help treat diseases such as cancer. Furthermore, the Federal Ministry of Health has launched a National Cancer Control plan 2018 – 2022 that provides a clear roadmap on how the government will undertake cancer control efforts in the country in the next five years and more.

The Corporate Executive Office (CEO) Program is a trade show program designed to offer small and medium sized companies a method of exhibiting at a trade show. The CEO is a specific area on the trade show floor (located within or next to the USA Pavilion) that is subdivided into meeting space (with tables and chairs, one set per each U.S. company), business center (internet access, small table, etc.) & small lounge/seating area.

The CEO program is an alternative to the traditional trade show booth and offers a unique, cost-effective way for companies to participate. The program provides not only an incubator-type platform for companies to experience the show and participate at a lower cost than the usual trade show booth, but also an onsite assistant to help with meetings, marketing, and basic interpretation.
