Matt is Bell Helicopter's Regional Director for Commercial Business Development in the Asia-Pacific Region and resides in Dallas/Fort Worth. In this role, Matt is responsible for market development and major commercial fleet sales of the 505, 407, 429, 412 and 525 aircraft in this region. 

Matt re-joined the Bell Helicopter team in 2017 with a total of 10 years at Bell. He has 33 years of experience in aerospace both in fixed and rotor wing. He has worked in Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management and Plant Management. During his career, he has had extensive experience with international commercial/military sales and operations to include Site Start Ups in multiple countries.

Prior to Bell, Matt worked for companies such as Smith/GE, Consulting, L-3 Displays, Lockheed Martin and Goodrich to include positions as General Manager, Plant Manager and Vice President Operations. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and an MBA from LeTourneau University. He has been published in Supply Chain Journals on Partnering for Success.

Paul is the Director for Partnership and Innovation at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), a U.S. government agency that helps U.S. businesses create jobs through the export of their goods and services for priority infrastructure development projects in emerging economies. USTDA links U.S. companies to global export opportunities by providing early project preparation assistance that matches U.S. technological expertise with overseas infrastructure development needs – creating lasting business partnerships between the United States and emerging market economies. As Director for Partnership and Innovation, Mr. Marin develops and maintains strategic relationships with U.S. industry, U.S. government agencies, the National Security Council, multilateral institutions, and non-governmental organizations.

Prior to this role, Mr. Marin served for three years at the National Security Council as the Director for International Trade, Investment, and Nuclear Energy Policy, and as the Acting Senior Director for International Trade and Investment. In these roles, he oversaw the coordination of White House priorities that support U.S. jobs through exports and inward investment. 

Mr. Marin previously served as USTDA’s Regional Director for sub-Saharan Africa, Assistant Director for Policy and Program, and Country Manager for Southeast Asia.

Mr. Marin holds a B.A. in International Relations and German, Phi Beta Kappa, from Bucknell University and a M.A. in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Preston is a Director for Procurement within the Department of Compact Operations (Sector Operations Division) at the Millennium Challenge Corporation. He serves as the lead procurement specialist for MCC’s programs in El Salvador, Guatemala, Senegal and Georgia. In this capacity, Preston advises teams on procurement processes for goods, works and consulting, performs procurement reviews and internal audits, and oversees grantee countries on contracting methods and practices, ensuring principles of competition, fairness and transparency. Preston manages procurement data for MCC and works with the procurement team in developing, refining, and implementing MCC’s procurement policies. 

Preston has served MCC for 12 years, beginning with work on the Ghana and Mozambique compacts.  Prior to serving in his current position, Preston served as a Program Officer for Fiscal Accountability, beginning in January 2006.  He also served as the Acting Deputy Country Director for El Salvador’s first compact during its final eight months in 2012.  Prior to joining the MCC, Preston worked in Chile with a local NGO, and subsequently conducted microfinance market research in Rwanda.

Mr. Winter received his B.A. in International Relations from Wheaton College (IL) and completed his Masters in International Development from American University in May 2005. His Master’s thesis addressed “Capital Access & Firm Size” in developing countries. He speaks fluent Spanish and intermediate French.

Adrienne Braumiller is the founder of Braumiller Law Group PLLC and an innovative force in the international trade law arena. With more than 25 years of experience, she is widely recognized as a leading authority in Customs, import, export, foreign-trade zones, free trade agreements and ITAR compliance.

Adrienne has been involved in every aspect of import and export compliance, from developing compliance programs to conducting audits and assessments, representing clients who are under investigation, preparing and submitting voluntary disclosures, preparing and filing classification requests and licenses, analyzing whether specific transactions should be pursued, providing tailored training on specific import/export topics, addressing penalty assessments, and serving as an expert witness in a number of trade cases.

Adrienne is frequently published and most recently contributed a chapter on U.S. antidumping, anti-subsidy and safeguards in Chambers Global Practice Guides - International Trade 2018, a guide providing expert legal commentary on important developments in the most significant jurisdictions.

In addition, Adrienne has made presentations as a distinguished lecturer for such groups as the American Association of Exporters and Importers, the International Compliance Professionals Association, the American Conference Institute, the American Petroleum Institute, and the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones. She is also a frequent speaker at government-sponsored events, such as the Department of Energy’s International Nonproliferation Export Control Program (INECP), which hosts industry/government seminars on strategic trade management in various countries around the world.

Carson Strickland has over 19 years of experience in Trade Finance assisting Corporate Clients involved in international trade with developing financing and risk mitigation solutions to grow their business. Carson started his career with Regions bank in 1999. His background includes experience in International Banking operations as well as Relationship Management with focuses in Trade Services, Export Lending, Structured Trade Finance, and Foreign Exchange.

Since 2011 he has served as the Relationship Team Manager of Global Trade Finance for Regions Bank, leading a team of Trade Finance professionals across the bank’s geography in 15 states and servicing a broad client base nationally.  Under Carson’s leadership, the Regions’ Trade Finance Team executed approximately $2 Billion in new trade transactions in 2017 alone.

Carson attended the University of South Alabama and Spring Hill College.

Howorth is the President and Founder of HOWORTH International, LLC, a multinational Interim Management, Fractional/Part Time Management, Project Management and Advisory Services firm based in Dallas Texas, USA. Lawrence has over 40 years of multinational business experience in multiple industries. 

A private investor and business mentor, Lawrence has held senior executive-level positions including CEO, President, COO, CFO in several multinational organizations as well as interim, project and fractional executive management positions through his practice. He specializes in financial and operations support for companies including M & A transaction support. He has co-founded two multinational start-up companies and has developed and managed businesses in over 25 countries.

A Canadian and USA Citizen, Lawrence is a Graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (Canada), College of Commerce and a CA/CPA (a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada), and alumni of KPMG. He has also been a panel speaker and lectured on multinational business development, growth, business structuring, entrepreneurship and various subjects at the University of Southern California, University of Texas, Arlington, California State University, Long Beach, Richland College and various industry and professional conferences and has participated as a speaker/mentor with the Brazilian IBMEC Executive MBA program through the University of Irvine, CA, USA as well as the Congresso SixSigma in Brazil.

Lawrence is currently active in several international-focused organizations: International Business & Trade Advisory Committee, Richland College, Richardson, TX; Chairman Emeritus International Business Council and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, Frisco Chamber of Commerce, Frisco, TX; and Chairman of the North Texas District Export Council of North Texas and a mentor in the Independent Study and Mentorship Program for the Frisco, TX Independent School District.
