Foreign direct investment (FDI) is critically important to the U.S. economy, and France is the fifth largest source of FDI in the United States with $240+ billion in total stock. Companies from France employed 557,200 people in the United States, spent $6.6 billion in research and development, and exported $22.7 billion worth of goods from the United States in 2013 alone.

On May 18-19, we are excited to participate in French-American Business Week at the Embassy of France in Washington, D.C. Hosted by the French-American Chamber of Commerce, the event includes networking, a trade show, and an impressive program with speakers such as Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer and Marriott International President and CEO Arne Sorenson.
