Subject: Electronic Management System (EMS) Memorial Day Power Outage 

The Electronic Management System, located at Memphis, Tennessee will be unavailable from 9:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, May 23, to 6:00 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, May 27, 2014. 

Due to the Memorial Day Holiday, drains will not occur on Monday, May 26, 2014.

When services are resumed, all processing will occur and acknowledgement files will be available based on the established drain schedule.

EMS will not be available due to a scheduled power outage over the Memorial Day Holiday weekend.
