Free TEB Telephone Forum on VCAP IRM UpdatesThe office of Tax Exempt Bonds is hosting a free telephone forum on September 8, 2011 at 2:00 PM ET. TEB Tax Law Specialists will discuss changes to the TEB Voluntary Closing Agreement Program (TEB VCAP) in recently updated Internal Revenue Manual (IRM) procedures. Register online to attend the forum. The updated IRM procedures are available online here. A portable document format (pdf) of a PowerPoint presentation of the topics to be discussed will be available here on or before September 6, 2011.
