Tax Exempt Bonds Provides Information on the Reissuance of Tax Exempt Obligations

Tax Exempt Bonds (“TEB”) is providing general information, "Reissuance of Tax Exempt Obligations: Some Basic Concepts," for issuers of tax-exempt bonds with respect to the tax impact of a reissuance. TEB is also providing answers to certain frequently asked questions regarding the application of the reissuance rules under section 1001 of the Internal Revenue Code (the "Code") to tax-exempt bonds, which can be found here.
