Secure Object Repository (SOR) - Delivery Delay Dear IVES Participants, An update was applied on May 25, 2025, that allowed Income Verification Express Service (IVES) customers to receive dual transcript delivery with HTML4 and HTML5 transcripts provided for the Form 1040 series of products. The update has caused some delays with delivery of products to the SOR mailboxes due to the volume of data being transmitted. Some products are coming through partially, with some years being provided to the SOR while other years/products appear to be missing. Please allow up to 24-hours for the additional products to arrive in your SOR mailbox before submitting a dispute to the IVES coordinators. We are working with our IT partners to determine a fix for the delayed delivery to the SOR mailboxes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.
