System outages impacting Kansas City and Ogden campus

Dear IVES participants,

A system outage has impacted the Kansas City and Ogden campus locations for the IVES program. Our IT department is currently working this issue and hope to have it resolved soon. IVES Participants associated with the Kansas City and Ogden campuses will see a reduction in transcripts and disputes processed today, March 17, 2022.

While this system outage will further delay efforts in addressing the IVES aged inventory, we are making all efforts to correct this issue as fast as possible to minimize further impacts. Updates will be provided as necessary.
