Inside This IssueResolved Ogden software Issue Dear IVES participants, Thursday, January 20, 2022, the Ogden Campus experienced intermittent software issues that impacted it’s ability to process the normal amount of daily requests. The IRS IT department worked swiftly to address the issue and it was resolved by late afternoon. The Ogden Campus worked diligently since to ensure this slow down does not impact their processing turn around timeframe.
