Filing and Tax Requirements When Accepting Sports Wagers Event You are invited to join us for a free one hour Zoom awareness event hosted by the Office of Indian Tribal Governments. This event will familiarize you with the following requirements applicable to tribes and tribal entities accepting sports wagers.

Navigating the BSA E-Filing System for Casinos Event You are invited to attend a free Zoom event presented by Jackie Rodriquez, E-Filing Government Lead from the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and hosted by the Office of Indian Tribal Governments on October 28, 2021 at 12:00 PM (ET). This event will cover processing issues with the BSA E-Filing system. The BSA E-Filing System supports electronic filing of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) forms (either individually or in batches) through a FinCEN secure network. You don’t have to register for Zoom.
