Mid-July Filing Season Statistics for Individuals, Tax Year 2020

A table providing data collected from U. S. Individual Income Tax Returns (Forms 1040) filed and processed through July 29, 2021, for Tax Year 2020 is now available on SOI's Tax Stats webpage. These data include selected income items, adjustments, credits, and taxes, by size of adjusted gross income. The Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service, in response to the COVID-19 Outbreak, extended the filing deadline to May 17, 2021.
