Due to inclement weather our Kansas City and Austin Service Center are closed Tuesday, February 16, 2021. The Austin Service Center has already announced it will also be closed Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Processing times will be impacted by these closures.

We will provide updates as further decisions are made regarding Service Center closures.
