1.  IRS Adds Future State Discussion to Nationwide Tax Forums

IRS officials will be discussing the agency’s Future State efforts during the Nationwide Tax Forums this summer.  The IRS is including new sessions to share information with tax professionals and others about the evolving Future State and provide the opportunity to discuss it first-hand with IRS leaders.

The Nationwide Tax Forums provide tax professionals with the most up-to-date information on federal and state tax issues presented by experts through a variety of training seminars and workshops. Tax professionals have the opportunity to earn up to 19 continuing professional education credits at any of the five forums held across the country beginning in July.
