Albert Einstein once said, "In the midst of every crisis, lies great opportunity." But while the war in Ukraine has sparked crises on several fronts, the opportunities are not all that obvious at this point. Patricia Clavin is Professor of Modern History at Oxford University and a Worcester College fellow.
