Major New COVID-19 Guidance from CDC for Those Fully Vaccinated
Last week, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updated its guidance for fully vaccinated people. This represents an important milestone in the fight against COVID-19 and is another step towards ending the pandemic.
Fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.
What does this mean for you and people in your community? If you are fully vaccinated, you can resume activities that you did prior to the pandemic.
If you haven’t been vaccinated yet, you can find a vaccine at Vaccines.gov and vacunas.gov, featuring 50,000 vaccination sites across the country, including primary care physician, federal pharmacy partners, state sites, and FEMA sites. Locations are updated daily.
