 HUD Forms Available for 30-day Public Comment
The Office of Multifamily Housing Programs (MFH) has published the following updated forms on www.reginfo.gov/public/do/PRAMain to provide stakeholders with an opportunity to review and comment on proposed revisions:
- HUD Form-9834 ‘Management Review for Multifamily Housing Projects’
- HUD Form-91067 ‘VAWA Lease Addendum for Multifamily Housing Programs’
These forms are available for public review during a 30-day public comment period announced in a Federal Register Notice published on August 4, 2026.
Stakeholders are encouraged to review the proposed updates and submit comments by September 3, 2026. Instructions for submitting comments are provided in the Federal Register Notice.
