 Updated HOTMA Forms Posted on Multifamily Drafting Table
The Office of Multifamily Housing Programs published updated Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA) related forms to its Drafting Table web page to provide stakeholders with adequate time to offer feedback on proposed changes.
Interested parties are invited to submit feedback by October 17, 2025. Instructions for submitting feedback can be found within the Federal Register Notice published on September 17, 2025 and the introductory text of the drafting table posting.
