Dear Multifamily Owners and Program Operators,
In this Update:
- Action Plans Due ASAP
- FY 2022 Reporting - Due in Early 2023
- More Info about FSS
**Action Plans Due ASAP**
In order to be in compliance with the FSS final rule, any FSS program currently operating at a PBRA property must submit an updated action plan. Action plans were due on September 30th, with an extension to the end of October for properties impacted by Hurricanes Fiona and Ian. Get your action plans in today! Submit them to your regional incoming box (just like other servicing items).

**FY 2022 Reporting Now Due in Early 2023**
Because the updated FSS program notice has not yet been published, HUD has decided to move the deadline for FSS program reporting to early 2023. More information on reporting, including how to submit reporting requirements, will be communicated to owners and HUD account executives early next year.
Note: The reporting period will cover information from the last quarterly report until 30 days before the reporting due date.
