 Dear Multifamily Owners and Program Operators,
As part of the Inflation Reduction Act, HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing received $1 billion in funding for a new Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP). When implemented, the GRRP may include multiple rounds of funding availability to support energy and water efficiency retrofits and climate resilience of HUD-assisted multifamily properties.
This document is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on 09/27/2022. The public comment period will be provided in the document published in the Federal Register. HUD will not accept public comment prior to publication of the document in the Federal Register.
