Housing Assistance Payment Support Services Draft Solicitation Comment Period Open

Dear Multifamily Owners and Program Operators,

A draft contract solicitation has been published on SAM.gov on July 27, 2022.This is a draft solicitation and HUD is seeking comments on the draft for 30 days. See the press release.

HUD is seeking to obtain Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contract support services using competitive Federal procurement-based contract processes to assist it in the administration of approximately 17,000 Office of Multifamily Housing assisted housing program contracts.

HUD will assess all comments received on the draft as part of its work to issue a formal contract solicitation in the future.
