Health center O/E assistance workers provide valuable support to individuals seeking information and assistance with enrollment in every state in the nation. As such, HRSA would like to reiterate that health center O/E assistance workers are required to comply with all training requirements and any additional state and federal requirements. HRSA expects health centers to provide oversight of O/E workers and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance with these requirements. HRSA will continue to provide additional guidance as it becomes available.

Release of Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 State and Regional Primary Care Association (PCA) Cooperative Agreements — Instructions for State and Regional Primary Care (PCA) Cooperative Agreement Non-competing continuation (NCC) progress reports for FY 2014 will be released today, Friday, November 15 on the PCA TA website.
An upcoming TA call for this report will be held November 22, check the PCA TA website for details.
NCCs are due in HRSA’s Electronic Handbook (EHB) by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, ET.
