Telehealth Nutrition Services Network Grant Program

Join the technical assistance webinar tomorrow, June 16, to learn more about the Telehealth Nutrition Services Network Grant Program. HRSA will make up to 18 program awards for a five-year project period, with each award up to $300,000 per year. This program aims to integrate nutrition services into primary and specialty care in rural and medically underserved areas through the use of telehealth networks.
