New Access Points (NAP) funding supports new health center service delivery sites that expand primary health care for underserved communities. We plan to make NAP awards in fiscal year 2025, if funding is available.
TOMORROW, we will hold another live Q&A webinar. We will focus on the Unmet Need Score (UNS) and will demo the UNS Map Tool. The Q&A webinar will be presented in English with live interpretation in Spanish:
