Applications for Quality Improvement Fund-Transitions in Care for Justice-Involved Populations (QIF-TJI) funding are due in Grants.gov by 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, June 10.
Visit the QIF-TJI technical assistance webpage for the Notice of Funding Opportunity and resources. These include Frequently Asked Questions and a user guide for QIF-TJI applicants on the required steps in HRSA’s Electronic Handbooks (EHBs).
As a reminder, HRSA is making available $51 million for the first-ever funding opportunity for HRSA-funded health centers to implement innovative approaches to support transitions in care for people leaving incarceration. This funding explicitly supports health services for individuals during the 90 days before their release to help them return to the community by expanding access to primary health care, including mental health and substance use disorder treatment, furthering public health, and strengthening public safety.
Applications are due in EHBs by 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, July 2. You must have applied in Grants.gov first.
