Comments Requested: Proposals to Update Medicare Clinician Payment and Other Policies
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services recently issued the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Proposed Rule for Calendar Year 2024 with comments due September 11. Telehealth-relevant proposals would continue many of the flexibilities that practitioners have had during the COVID-19 public health emergency to furnish telehealth services until the end of 2024.
