Are You Eligible to Apply?

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen (either U.S. born or naturalized) or U.S. National. Additionally, you must be committed to primary care and accepted to or enrolled in an accredited U.S. school in one of the following primary care disciplines:

• Physician (MD or DO)
• Dentist (DDS or DMD)
• Nurse Practitioner 
• Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Physician Assistant
