We’re excited to announce applications for the 2025 U.S. Digital Corps cohort will open Tuesday, January 7, 2025! We’re looking for early-career technologists with a passion for public service to roll up their sleeves and contribute to creating a government that better serves all Americans.
As a reminder, the U.S. Digital Corps is a full-time, two-year paid position for recent graduates, career changers, Veterans, and more. We bring on Fellows in five broad skill tracks: software engineering, data science and analytics, product management, design, and cybersecurity.

We strongly encourage interested applicants to apply early, as there will be a limit of 400 applications per track that may cause applications to close before the deadline.
Prepare to apply by checking out our updated application process page and resume tips blog post. We also encourage you to join our mailing list and follow us on LinkedIn to receive reminders when applications open, as well as for upcoming news, updates, and events.

What career opportunities are available after the two year program? Fellows have the opportunity to convert to a full‑time career position upon successful completion of the program.
-
Do we need a security clearance for this program? All Fellows must pass a Public Trust clearance level, though some projects may require a higher level of clearance.
-
What’s the best way to select a track? Our Opportunity page provides details on each of our five tracks. We recommend choosing the track that best matches your skills to help us pair you thoughtfully with agencies and projects. Your track selection won’t limit the projects you’re considered for, and Fellows will have ample chances to learn and grow across other areas.

How many opportunities are available for the 2025 USDC cohort? We strive to balance each track. The previous cohort included 70 Fellows, and we anticipate similar numbers based on agency partners' needs.
