Going Public: Starting a Software Engineering Career in Government (September 28, 2:00pm): Hear three USDC software engineers discuss what drew them to public service, the realities of working in government, and the impact software engineers can have for the public. This panel will be moderated by TTS Director Ann Lewis.

Navigating Decision Points in Your Early Career (September 29, 10:45am): Stop by this session to meet USDC product manager Kira Tebbe and learn how she's made big decisions about her career. She'll share tips on navigating these decisions and the emotions that come with them, and how to deal with the aftermath.

Mark your calendars! The U.S. Digital Corps team will be in attendance at Carnegie Mellon University's first Public Interest Technology Career Fair & Conference in Pittsburgh, PA in early October. We'll be joining a panel in the morning about public interest tech career pathways and will also have a booth at the afternoon career fair.
