I would like to give a shout out to Amit Patel for working so diligently to get one of our customers, that provides close to 800K in RWA fee income collections, to sign the OTU during the CR. Shout out to Les Painter (BA)!
Shout out to Les Painter for enhancing the GSA audit tracking system to add a user-defined table to track audit information previously unavailable in the system for audits in "closed" status. This clever workaround allows us to track the internal control components and principles associated with audit findings and link them to the accountable program and component in the current GSA Agency Internal Control Plan inventory.
