New! Won't You Be My Neighbor... Hello Neighbor!
You may have seen recent announcements in GSA Today about the GSA Corporate IT Services website going away sometime in February. This site provides support and training for critical GSA applications, including financial management, human resources, and travel.
Many of you, like myself, go there to access Pegasys and related training materials. In addition, it provides similar information for VCSS, Business Objects, HR Links, GSA Travel (Concur) among others. What does this mean for you?
It means it is time to update your bookmarks! All of the content will be moved to GSA InSite prior to the decommission date in February and redirect links will take you to the new content. However, for the OCFO pages, we decided to provide you with those new links now so that you can update your bookmarks and get used to the new layout of the data. Don’t worry, it is still all there, but we have tried to make the navigation easier, and we have updated all of the training links to include descriptions of their content.
The 3 links below are direct links to the material but you will see they all exist as part of our overall OCFO Financial Resources and Services page.
- Pegasys
- VCSS
- Business Objects

Reminder! Time to File Your Form 450
If you have not submitted your annual OGE Form 450 Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, your report is due by Thursday, Feb. 15. Before you submit your report, here's important information to make it easier for you.
-
Pre-population: the first time you open your report, you can copy information from your previous report by selecting Import your previous year’s information.
- You only have one chance to do this - it must be selected the first time you open your 2024 report.
-
Accountability: review and update all your information before submitting, especially if you import your previous report.
-
Legal reminder: An employee who files a false, incomplete or late report may be subject to adverse action; also, an employee who knowingly and willfully falsifies a report may also be subject to criminal prosecution.
Still have questions? Contact your Deputy Standards of Conduct Counselor to ensure you file a timely and accurate report.

Shout out to Paula Netro (BGF)!
Shout out to Paula Netro for spending a lot of time to update and consolidate parameters for our workload macro. This macro allows RAB to catch data entry errors before chargebacks occur thus saving a lot of time, money, and corrections between the program, client, and FSD.

Shout out to Nancy Hamlin (BG2DA), Iyannika Johnson (BG2DAB), Krystal Ladda (BG2DAB), and Diego Gutierrez (BG2DAB)!
Shout out to the Financial Services Division (BG2D)! I want to recognize Nancy Hamlin, Iyannika Johnson, Krystal Ladda, and Diego Gutierrez.
On October 1st, a new accounting standard was implemented for PBS leases. As with any system update, we encountered nationwide system issues that impacted payments going out to lessors. The Financial Services Division was instrumental in collecting data from the Zones and resolving lease payment variances. This was an unforeseen situation and we all had to determine the proper course of action as variances were identified. As a team, we worked together to communicate and track the variances and develop a process to resolve the lease payment variances timely.
Thank you from BA53 Community
