New! Save Your Email from Deletion by October 1, 2023!
Federal regulations require that GSA email and attachments older than 7 years be deleted at the start of each fiscal year - unless you do something to preserve them.
On October 1, 2023, any unsaved email older than October 1, 2016, will be gone for good.
Luckily, the Email-to-PDF tool comes to the rescue once again, empowering you to save any email and attachments from any time!

The 2023 Feds Feed Families Summer Campaign is in Full Swing
The annual Feds Feed Families (FFF) campaign encourages employees from all federal departments and agencies to give in-kind contributions — food, services, and time — to food banks and pantries. Since its inception, GSA employees have graciously donated more than two million pounds of food.
GSA's participation in Feds Feed Families is critical during these challenging summer months, when food pantries traditionally see a decrease in donations and increase in need, and nearly 30 million children who receive free and reduced-price meals during the school year find themselves with limited support. Do you want to help the cause? GSA is looking for FFF champion volunteers to serve as sources of inspiration, motivate their colleagues to voluntarily participate, and help organize virtual and in-person events.
If you are interested in becoming a GSA champion, please fill out this short Google Form.
To learn more about other ways you can get involved, visit the FFF hub and check out the FFF events page.
