Shout out to Sandy Braudaway (BGF)!
Shout out to Sandy for her guidance and advice. As the newest member on the FAS Category Support & Collections team, I have learned so much from Sandy. For example, I recently used the wording from one of Sandy’s reminder emails on the FAS Asset Validation data call. I tend to write a lot, but Sandy’s message was succinct and therefore very effective. Within two days, the number of unfinished assets assigned to me went from 85 to 5. Thanks, Sandy!
