Shout out to Rollin Deas, Fatime Diabate, Carmen Perez, Kathleen Fabrizio-Contrabasso, Derek Blanchard, and Jon Bauer (all BGF)!
Thank you to Rollin for taking the lead on reconciliation of prior year income for FEDSIM and to the team that supported the effort: Fatime, Carmen, Kathleen, Derek, and Jon. They jumped in to help with research that would enable consolidation of the FEDSIM mastersheet. Together, they reviewed over 500 items to ensure the accuracy of source data. This research paved the way for a consolidated mastersheet that will save hours of analyst effort each month. Thank you, team!

Shout out to Mike Montenegro (BGF)!
Mike has gone above and beyond by consolidating the FEDSIM mastersheet, resulting in the creation of one workbook for income and expense reconciliation -- for the first time EVER! His effort to build a consolidated worksheet will eliminate the need for separate income and expense worksheets, thus increasing analyst efficiency and accuracy. The consolidation will save hours of effort that was spent navigating between two different datasets to resolve variances, in addition to reducing the number of worksheet adjustments submitted. There are not enough words of appreciation to sufficiently express my gratitude for your work on this project. Thank you, Mike!

Shout out to Nathan Keene (BIS) and Mitchell (Mitch) Lucia (BIA)!
Nathan Keene's and Mitchell Lucia's efforts in creating the Data Validation and Collection Tool (DVaCT) are to be lauded.
The DVaCT promotes data integrity, decreases customer and stakeholder touch points through planned periodic data validation and quality control reviews of performance metrics. These metrics articulate GSA's progress towards meeting its goals as outlined in the GSA Strategic Plan. Once validation and quality control reviews are complete, the A-Suite GSA Enterprise Dashboard is updated and available for use in the GSA - enterprise Quarterly Performance Reviews, Strategic Reviews and inclusion in the externally published Annual Performance Plan and Report. Since the launch of the DVaCT and implementation of the quality control review process, feedback from the customers/stakeholders has been extremely positive. A big win for the team!
