Reminder: It's Time for Mid-year Reviews

As we reach the mid-way point of the fiscal year, it is time for mid-year performance reviews. Your review provides an excellent opportunity for two-way communication with your supervisor. Use it to assess your performance against expectations and goals described in your performance plan. Take this opportunity to have a productive discussion with your supervisor about your performance and priorities — it is a learning experience and one that will only improve our ability to accomplish the mission.

Please acknowledge your mid-year in HR Links by May 31, 2022. Use this job aid for step-by-step instructions on acknowledging your mid year progress review in HR Links.

For more performance management training and resources, check out this Google Doc.
