New Poll: What's Your Alma Mater?

March Madness is over, but we're still in the collegiate spirit. This week we have more of an ask than a poll:

  1. Share your alma mater (there's nothing wrong with a li'l school pride).
  2. Let us know whether you'd be willing to help with OCFO's university outreach.

That's it! Respond by Thursday, April 14, then check back the following Friday for the results. To share ideas for future polls, send us an email.

shout outs

Shout out to Shonda Brown (BR2F), Jessica Gonzalez (BR2B), LaShawn Boyd-Russell (BR2F), and Laura Alvarez (BR2F)!

Kudos to the RWA Collection Team for reducing the monthly chargeback count by over 50% this past year, from 266 to 134. This outcome was achieved through the team’s hard work and persistence, exceptional customer service to client agencies, and overall knowledge of the RWA processes. The resolution of the chargebacks required a significant amount of research on RWAs, coordination with customers to correct the RWAs in eRETA, and collaboration with USDA to rebill the customers. The team worked with numerous internal and external customers to resolve issues. As a result of the chargebacks being reduced significantly, FM was able to reallocate resources. Well done, team!
