New: Women's History Month Event Hosted by FEW
GSA’s LATIMER Chapter of the Federally Employed Women (FEW) organization will host a virtual program in recognition of Women's History Month on Wednesday, March 30, at 11:30 a.m. EDT.

This event will feature FEW National President Karen M. Rainey as our keynote speaker. Our guest speaker, FEW Founder and the chapter’s namesake, the Honorable Allie B. Latimer, will provide closing remarks.

Reminder: Agency-wide Town Hall March 29

Reminder: Phased Reentry Dates
In late March and early April, GSA employees who are not fully remote will begin returning to the office, and new telework agreements will go into effect. The phased reentry schedule is:
- The week of March 28: Senior executives and appointees return
- The week of April 4: Managers and supervisors return
- The week of April 11: Staff return

Last week, we asked whether you picked up any new skills, hobbies, or good habits during the pandemic and, if so, what are they? More than 80 percent of respondents said that they had improved or learned something new during COVID. New hobbies, skills, or habits include:
- Working out more (yoga, walking, running, and more) - Becoming a pet parent - Healthier eating - Learning a new language or revisiting an old one - Crafting (knitting, quilting, etc.) - Canning - Quitting smoking

Kudos to the Z1 BR Capital Team (Gee, Sharon and Naima) and the BB Budget Team (Amber, Jarren and Gigi) for collaborating in setting up the first 10 BIL (formerly IIJA) projects. The R1 "3-Phase" analytic studies are expected to be awarded the first week of April.

GSA will be transitioning Online University to a new platform in May 2022. OHRM and GSA IT will provide updates as the process unfolds. Because of the transition, some mandatory training refresher courses will be delayed. These courses will have due dates of August 31 or October 31.

Join Brian Mooers, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from OCFO's very own Robotic Process Automation Division, to learn the art and science of process mapping.
Participants will gain a basic understanding of what process maps are, common shapes and their uses, as well as when they could be useful.
