Reminder: Update Your Telework Agreement
Today is the deadline for updating your telework or remote work agreement. At noon today, OHRM is providing one final session of its Navigating Telework Agreements in HR Links training, which covers the new GSA Telework and Remote Work Policy and walks employees through how to create and submit telework agreements in HR Links. If you have questions about updating your agreement or the new policy, contact GSA’s Telework Program Manager, Michele Daughtry.
If you have changed your pay locality since September 2021, you will need to attach an approved Remote Work Analysis Tool to your telework agreement. Shout out to De-Borah Mack (BIS) and Vanessa Plascencia (CSDE1)!
Shout out to De-Borah Mack and Vanessa Plascencia for their work in support of the development of the GSA DEIA Strategic Plan. De-Borah and Vanessa worked closely to develop and refine the narrative for GSA's planning, coming up with a proposed maturity model and action plan to measure and operationalize DEIA efforts across GSA. Your creativity and steadfast engagement was critical to the development of these documents, which will be submitted to OMB later this month.

Shout out to Renee Boley, David Sylvester, Steve Taylor, and Willie Lugo (all BGC)!
Renee, David, Steve, and Willie have received exceptional customer service responses from multiple GSA and client agency representatives. These comments are a result of their work on ensuring all employees' state and local taxes have been modified correctly as a result of the enterprise-wide duty station changes recently implemented. This work required significant research and coordination to ensure all impacted employees and the agency were in compliance with all applicable taxing authorities requirements as well ensured employees had the proper withholdings were in place.

Shout out to Tyler Jones (CSDE1)!
Kudos and thank you to Tyler Jones, an EELP-er who rotated through the RPA CoP team. Tyler’s last day was March 11. She did an outstanding job creating engaging and well-designed content for the community of practice — her copy writing skills are top notch — and she has been instrumental in helping ensure our events go smoothly! Tyler brought a creative and cheerful approach to all of her tasks. She also helped produce video content with our intern. Tyler will be missed and we really enjoyed having her on the team (and we learned a lot from her, too!). Hopefully, we will see her back in OCFO someday!
