New: Agency-wide Reentry Town Hall, November 30
You're invited to join members of GSA’s leadership team for a virtual town hall on Tuesday, November 30, from 1–2 p.m., Eastern, to discuss reentry-related topics, including the recently announced voluntary and full reentry dates.
This event will be streamed on Google Meet. Live closed captioning will be available through FedRelay.

New: Make Sure You Have an Active GSA Access Card
If you have been using your username and password to log into your computer because your GSA Access Card is expired, you will need to request an access card or renew your existing card by Friday, December 31, 2021.

The Competitive Development Program (CDP) provides participants at various stages in their careers the opportunity to build the leadership skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to meet current and future business needs at GSA.
To learn more about the program, visit the CDP InSite page. There you can view the slide deck from a recent information session, the complete list of FY22 program offerings, and an overview of the application process.
The deadline to apply is Monday, November 22, 2021. If you have additional questions, contact CDP@gsa.gov.
Reminder: It's Open Season!
From now until Monday, December 13, 2021, you can make changes to your health benefits, including your health insurance, dental and vision, and your flexible spending accounts.
Remember that you have to re-enroll in flexible spending accounts each year. Your current health, dental, and vision plans will automatically roll over into the new 2022 plan year unless you change or cancel your enrollment.

Thinking of How to Go About Preparing your Data Strategic Plan?
Last week, we took a look at the Federal Data Strategy Action Plan, a plan intended to impact the entirety of the Federal Government. Individual agencies are also developing their own specific plans, like the Department of Commerce, which recently published their Data Strategy for Fiscal Years 2021-2024. In sharing their opportunities and struggles, Commerce — also known as “America’s Data Agency" — aspires to demonstrate data leadership through implementation. The Commerce Data Strategy details five goals, ranging from governing and managing data to coordinating collaborative data innovation. Check it out to see the positive impacts Commerce is hoping to have on federal data!
