Building on the 2020 Action Plan, the 2021 Action Plan sets out aspirational milestones to encourage agencies to make steady progress on the FDS vision.

Shout out to Becky Shultz & Elizabeth Molina (CSDE1)!

Kudos to Becky and Elizabeth for their thoughtful analysis of the FY21 RPA maturity survey data and their hard work pulling together the governmentwide State of RPA Report! Their attention to detail, creative problem solving, dedication to a defensible product, and enthusiasm for tackling hard tasks really made this year's report the best yet. Teamwork sure makes the dream work when you have such an amazing team!
