Reminder: 2021 Employee Viewpoint Survey Now Available!

This year's Employee Viewpoint Survey is now available to GSA employees who were onboard as of April 30, 2021. Please be sure to check your email for a message with the subject 2021 OPM Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey from the address EVGS@opm.gov. The survey closes on December 3, 2021, so take some time to complete it today.

Reminder: Apply for the FY22 Competitive Development Program

The Competitive Development Program (CDP) provides participants at various stages in their careers the opportunity to build the leadership skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to meet current and future business needs at GSA.

To learn more about the program, visit the CDP InSite page. There you can view the slide deck from a recent information session, the complete list of FY22 program offerings, and an overview of the application process.

The deadline to apply is Monday, November 22, 2021. If you have additional questions, contact CDP@gsa.gov.

Performance Appraisals & Plans
Your FY21 performance appraisals and FY22 performance plans must be discussed and completed in HR Links by November 15, 2021.

Performance Management Tips In A Hybrid Environment is a downloadable job aid that helps supervisors and employees manage performance while working in a hybrid environment.

Award Preference
If you prefer to receive your individual performance award as time off (instead of as a cash award) or if you selected time off last year and prefer a monetary award this year, you should indicate your award preference through HR Links by November 15. Reference this guide for instructions on indicating your award preference.

New: Overcoming Burnout and Re-Engaging Virtual Connection

This session will focus on understanding the challenges of burnout, connecting with ourselves and each other on how burnout may be affecting us, and sharing ideas and best practices for addressing these challenges as individuals, teams and as a workforce. This training will use a combination of polling, small group break-out sessions, and larger group presentation and discussion.
