New: 2021 Combined Federal Campaign Volunteers Needed
The Office of Customer Experience is looking for volunteers — called keyworkers — to help with this year's Combined Federal Campaign.
You don’t have to be a long-time employee, past donor, or even know what the CFC is to serve in the keyworker role. Training committees will provide all of the resources and materials you need to help your colleagues raise critical funds for the more than 5,000 charities participating in the 2021 campaign.
If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity, reach out to lynette.tillery@gsa.gov, GSA’s 2021 CFC manager, for more information.

Is Your New Software Approved?
Are you looking to introduce new software to your team but unsure of how to get started? Take a look at the IT Standards Program being introduced by GSA-IT, a new centralized intake mechanism for new software that is being introduced. The program strives to get your preferred software to your team by detailing applicability standards, approval workflow, roles & responsibilities and even gives a peak at common mishaps that you’d be sure to want to avoid.

New: Business Intelligence Tours FY 2022
You asked for it, and now it is here — BI Tours FY 2022! The OCFO Data Delivery and Management Division is offering a series of training courses centered on financial data, coding, and business intelligence. You can preview the course agendas and register using the latest addition to the OCFO Training and Resource Library: our virtual training calendar. In addition to all the great course materials and on-demand videos that already exist in the resource catalog, you will now have an opportunity to take virtual courses on a variety of topics. We are announcing our first six courses:
We tried to offer a variety of courses. Some are for beginners, while others are for those with some experience. Courses run from 15 to 90 minutes, depending on the topic. While most are instructor-led classes, the Filtering in 15 will be a hands-on course where users will follow along with the instructor (that is why the course is limited to 25 attendees, but we are offering 2 different sessions).
Depending on the turnout for these events and the feedback, we will then offer new and some repeat courses during the second half of FY 2022. Of course, we will post the videos from each event in our resource catalog upon course completion.
It’s autumn, the leaves are turning bright colors, and the kids are back in school. Why not join them and sign up for a course? You will receive credit within OLU and, while it does not make a good stocking stuffer, it does make a nice addition to your IDP!
