Announcing SAM.gov Subaward Reporting Training Workshop: Roles and Permissions January 15, 2025

The General Services Administration announces roles and permissions user training on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 1 PM EST to help users make subaward reports in SAM.gov beginning in Spring 2025 when FSRS retires.

The training will provide FSRS users with information about the user roles and permissions they will need in SAM.gov to use subaward features when subaward reporting is live in Sam.gov. Users will learn how roles work in SAM.gov and about the easy process of getting the roles and permissions needed to make subaward reports. Members of our development team will be on hand to answer questions.

FSRS users can register for the Roles and Permissions training to learn how to:

• Assign roles and permissions as an entity administrator.
• Get access to manage reporting for multiple entities from one SAM.gov account.
• Understand new terminology. 
• Find additional help resources. 

You should attend if you are a:

• Business or organization with prime contracts or awards that issues subcontracts or subawards
• SAM.gov administrator for entity reporting
• Someone who wants to learn the details about subaward reporting on SAM.gov
