Submit a single AAAP offer to compete for multiple federal leases

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking lease offers for office space during the current open period of January 1, 2025 through January 7, 2025 (ending at 7:30 p.m. EST), via our simple-to-use online tool — the Automated Advanced Acquisition Platform (AAAP). A list of cities with active AAAP projects is below.

This month’s featured AAAP project is for 25,000 ABOA square feet in Seattle, WA.

Visit SAM.gov to access the contract opportunity notice for the featured project or any of the procurements below.

Abilene, TX Cumberland, MD Erie, PA Fort Meyers, FL
Houlton, ME Lufkin, TX Oakland, CA Ocala, FL
Sarasota, FL Seattle, WA

In 2025, we’re updating how you access contract opportunities in our newsletter. Instead of linking to individual advertisements, we will provide a single link to the Lease Contract Opportunities Map, where you can find all active listings on SAM.gov.

Upcoming changes to the Leasing Portal

Based on your feedback, we’re updating the Leasing Portal in early 2025 to improve the lease offer submission process. Most notably, we’re consolidating AAAP and RSAP so you can offer space and view your offers in one, simplified workflow called Offer Space. You’ll no longer need to switch between AAAP and RSAP, and you won’t have to enter property information multiple times.

GSA will continue to use different requests for lease proposals (RLP) for AAAP procurements (which can result in multiple lease awards per RLP) and RSAP procurements (which result in a single lease award per RLP). The workflow will automatically adjust the questions depending on the RLP number you input.
