Updated OASIS Access Tips
As a reminder, following the conversion to the login.gov authentication, the new URL to access OASIS is (oasiscustomers.gsa.gov).The old URL (oasis.gsa.gov) is no longer active. The OASIS website was updated to include the new link, helpdesk contact information, access/authorization guides, and FAQs.
The OASIS team has collaborated with its IT counterparts to identify some frequently asked questions and below we have provided some tips that may be useful if you experience access issues:
- Sign in directly to Login.gov by accessing https://secure.login.gov using your PIV / CAC card and identify the email address(es) that have been associated with your account. A sample of the Login.gov profile is below.
- Multiple email addresses associated with your Login.gov account.
- The preferred option is to have a separate Login.gov account dedicated to your government issued email address that matches OASIS.
- If you intend to keep one Login.gov account with multiple email addresses, you must enter your exact OASIS email address, and password on the Login.gov page.
- The email must be identical to avoid an error.
- Click on the “Sign in” button. Then, choose “PIV card”.
- You may still be able to click on the “Sign in with your government employee ID” link without entering username and password if the last successful authentication with Login.gov was with the email address matching your OASIS account.
