We encourage all MAS stakeholders to review the attached documents and provide responses to the following 4 questions:

- In your opinion, what is the most common point of confusion related to CTAs on MAS?
- What is the biggest challenge for vendors using CTAs on MAS?
- What is the biggest challenge for customers using CTAs on MAS?
Responses to each of these 4 questions along with any other feedback should be sent to MASRFI@gsa.govno later than 9/16/2024.
In addition to written responses, stakeholders may contact GSA to schedule an appointment to provide verbal feedback to GSA by sending a request to MASRFI@gsa.gov no later than 9/16/2024.
