Happy New Year To - Fiscal Year 2025! 

The FY24 rent billing year closed on September 16, 2024. Prior to the start of billing for FY25, the OASIS team will process the regular, scheduled annual updates to Land Ports of Entry, owned operating, parking, and antenna escalations, and the annual Building Specific Amortized Capital (BSAC) and leased Other Contract Services (OCS) rates. 

The FY25 Owned operating and parking rate escalation factor is 2%, and the FY25 national owned antenna rate is $2,181.48.

You will be able to view the new rates in OASIS beginning October 7, 2024. They also will appear on your October rent bill. 

OASIS Customer Portal Changes 

There is a new filter column in customer portal queries called “Submitted Date/Time” which displays the submission date/time of your requests. The field will be null until you select the “Submit” button on your request. After you select the “Submit” button, the request moves to the “in-progress customer request” query, where the submitted date/time is populated. 

Once it transitions out of the draft stage, you’ll be able to track the date/time that your request was submitted to GSA. The “Created” and “Modified” date columns were removed from user portals to create overall consistency.

Commencement Date 

The OA Commencement Date is listed on the General Tab of each OA record. 

• For OAs beginning before September 2023, this date was migrated from our previous OA system which used the date of the last OA rent update. 
• For OAs beginning after August 2023, this is the OA’s original start date.

The Commencement Date will not change after billing begins as it marks the start of your original occupancy or migration date. A change to square footage or billing rates will be observed on the Payments Tab as a change to the rate’s effective and expiration date. 

You can also view the History tab to follow the different version iterations. Clicking on any of the links will bring you to that version of the OA and display anything that has changed

Heads Up: Transition from MAX.gov to Login.gov

Login.gov will replace MAX.gov in November 2024 which will affect your login into OASIS. Login.gov is a single sign-on platform used by several other systems (e.g. USA Jobs, SAM.gov), and many users already have Login.gov accounts. Login.gov provides users with one account to access multiple digital services and protects user accounts with strong security options.

If you do not already have an active Login.gov account associated with your government email address, you need to complete a one-time enrollment for Login.gov before November 2024 . 

A separate email will be sent to all OASIS users in the coming weeks with instructions on completing the enrollment. Users that already use login.gov for other systems (such as USA Jobs) will be all set and will not need to take further action. Please keep an eye out for the enrollment email, and if needed, complete your enrollment sooner rather than later!
