OA Contact and User Role Changes
Following the debut of the Non-Apover role and new customer workflow, the OASIS team has received many requests to change user roles and is in the process of making the changes. In the interim, if your name is not on an OA, you can still review or approve depending on your current role.
New - Real Estate Tax Payment Type
You may have noticed a new addition to your OA for Real Estate Taxes, called “BA041 - Real Estate Taxes Automatic Lease Transaction”. This payment schedule is created on the OA when the system automatically creates a real estate tax adjustment. When a payment schedule is created manually, you will continue to see the BA040 line on the OA. Both payment schedules represent Real Estate Taxes however, one code is for those entered manually (BA040) and the other code is for automatic/system created adjustments (BA041).

OA Specific Questions
If you have specific OA questions, please submit them directly in OASIS as opposed to using the pbsoasis@gsa.gov email. Doing so will direct your question directly to regional teams, rather than the National OASIS Team where OA specifics are not always readily available.
OASIS allows billing questions to be submitted directly in the system for tracking purposes. To receive quicker and more detailed responses, submit a [Billing Question] Request in OASIS. That way, questions are sent directly to the appropriate regional OASIS members.
As a reminder, the CPA, lease contract, or the Rent Estimate is available for budgetary planning or reference information purposes. For any specific project related questions, including those regarding project documentation, please reach out directly to your regional GSA project contact.
